Our Plan
The legacy green is the proposed construction of a golf practice facility on the Trident College campus in Solwezi Zambia. Not only this, we aim to promote a golf loving atmosphere in the school to increase the positive impacts of golf all around the world.
Design
What makes a hole hard is not its distance, but its image. The natural thing to do when faced with a daunting sight is to shy away or even panic, so for our hole we want to take as much inspiration, from the 7th at Pebble Beach Golf Links, as possible. The hole is barely 100 yards long and yet provides the worlds best with a multitude of challenges.
Research
The climate, altitude and aspect all come into play when designing a hole so we want to do as much research as possible to make a beautiful and exciting hole.
Execution
|With the help of the people around us, we hope to finish the project by early 2019 so that we can start to instill a golf proud culture into the heart of the school.
